Going Beyond Aging Gracefully: Relaxation And Rejuvenation In The Future
Relaxation: Today And Tomorrow
In the future, everything that we do will be connected with life, not connected just with material. So now, for example, when we want to relax, we go and relax our body with a nap or we have a beer and watch TV or we go on holiday or we get pampered with a massage-- kind of a way of aging gracefully. It's full of physical stimulation, connected with our 5 human senses.
In the future we'll do things which enhance life itself. It's a deeper and different kind of relaxation; it's just relaxing to receive life energy, to get more life each day.
Our present technology is all connected with physical things, material technology. In the future the technology will be life technology; everything will be based on life, improving life, focusing on life, putting life first, and moving the material world into second place.
So our ways of relaxing in the future will follow this trend towards receiving higher quality life-- truly aging gracefully and achieving long life. You can see it coming already.
Looking Beyond Meditation
Now, people meditate more and more, because when they meditate they can get clearer about their life. They get a deeper sense of it than going on vacation or reading a book. Reading a book you get some story to stimulate your mind; going on holiday you get some sightseeing and some new pictures, both senses of the body. When you meditate it's a kind of direct connection with life, for instance, with your health. It's beyond the 5 senses.
Relaxation is like meditation in that it's growing in popularity as well. We generally think of relaxation as doing something where we feel relaxed yet our mind is still occupied. That is not true relaxation. True relaxation in the future will enhance life itself, where our life quality will become increased, not so much the physical or material accumulation.
How is Rejuvenation Different Than Relaxation?
When you get more interested in life, when you start to put life in the first priority above money and above material wealth, then you start to look at the quality of life that people have. You may notice that the worst part of life at the moment is getting sick and getting old. Nobody wants to get old. So if we don't want to get old or have to take medications Read more... , we must find a way how to age gracefully, or better yet, simply not get old. That's very simple. That means we need rejuvenation.
Because we don't want to get old, we want to stay young. Because we don't want to get sick, we want to remain inspired and incredibly healthy each day. That means that we are finding a way. Products follow desire. So human beings are already researching many ways to stay young, whether through artificial or natural means.
Rejuvenation (getting younger) and longevity (living well beyond 100 years of age) will become big topics in the future, because poor aging and sickness are some of the biggest problems that we have at the moment. That makes them the future's greatest concerns to overcome. And therefore, if we're really determined to overcome them, we will. If you look to the past, whenever we've gotten really determined about something, when it's become a top priority for the public, then we've always achieved it.
Rejuvenation: The Next Step For The Pioneers With Grand Vision!
So let's say that you're in a top position at a company; you're a top supervisor, CEO, CFO, COO, President, Owner, a successful entrepreneur or Pioneer (read more...), or anyone with major pull in an organization. If you are stepping down from that position, or you're moving up into a higher position, how can you prepare for the future? Is there a shortcut to your future?
Yes, but first just ask yourself, "What do I want most of all in life?"
Probably for most people in that kind of situation, the things that you would most value would be peace and health. After all, you already own everything else.
And if you have peace and health, then you start to ask yourself, "How long can I live?"
"Is aging gracefully enough, or is something more possible?""
Odds are that you don't want to age; nobody really wants to age. Maybe it's not even so much that people want to live such a long life. We're not seeing that much in the present (btw, the goal of living to a very very old age, say a few hundred years old, will come in the near future). But at the moment, people don't want to get older simply because they see how horrible aging is. At best, most people now think the goal before dying is "aging gracefully".
So if you're in that situation, then the main questions you ask is "What now? Now that I have money?"
We talked about this a little on the page, "Future Predictions of the World" and "Predictions of the Future". When you were younger, for instance, you said, "I want to make money." And then you set off and found out how to make money. And you probably did everything you could to make money and make a successful career for yourself.
Now, your life is changing, you want more than to be aging gracefully, and it's time to look for peace and health and longevity. So you do the same thing you did for finding money. By being determined and persistent, you go and find out how to get those.
Just be absolutely determined to make it. Just the same as with a career.
Looking for health, looking for peace, looking for longevity- and actually accomplishing these things- is the same as looking for money and looking for success. You take the same character-building qualities, and you keep doing it until you make it. It's as "simple" as that. There will be more and more ways to do it in the future, because it will become more and more popular.
So whether being used to increase our life quality or to age gracefully and add years to our lives, Relaxation and Rejuvenation will become major players in the evolving future.
